About the Wine

Made from 100% Pinot noir grapes . The grapes were crushed and cold soaked for 5 hours, where it was then sent to press and vinified as  it were a white wine.

Luscious aromas of strawberry, cranberry and pomegranate. You will harmonize as you taste an explosion of juicy cherries with a hint of spice. Enjoy with salads, light pastas and salmon.
