Select harvested at the end of September with a high acidity allow for a crisp long finished wine. Vinified in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant and alluring with distinctive fine floral and fruit aromas. Refreshing flavors exhibit zesty apple, citrus and peach.  A lively raciness that is fresh, fruity  and full of life. Pairs well with creamy pastas, seafood, and an array of organic cheeses. It ‘is’ the must have party wine.
