About the Wine
Harvested in two lots, in early to mid October. Allowing the fruit to mature to their specific flavors. The varietals were fermented separately in open air fermenters then carefully blended to mature in our 3000L cuve barrels. Aged in French oak for 10 months.
Un mélange 50/50 of our best Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir grapes. Elegant flavors of raspberry, strawberry and blackcurrant.
