About the Wine

Hand harvested from the field and brought to the crush pad where the grapes were softly crushed and cold soak for 4 hours. This allowed time for color extraction and bright berry flavor components. Vinified in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

This wine has uplifting aromas of rip red cherries, strawberry jam and a hint of rose petal perfume. The palate is lively and intense with flavors of wild raspberry that lingers endlessly. Serve with sweet and savory pastries, barbeque chicken and ham.
